Overview

Carolina One Real Estate first came to us during 2008 to increase their search engine presence. The client had previously worked with an SEO company and was not getting a return on his investment. He had some Top 10 listings, however, he was not able to obtain the coveted number 1 listings.

The client also wanted to target homes, condos, townhouses and beach homes in and around the Charleston area. Highly Relevant proposed a results based SEO and Social Media contract and convinced the real estate giant to work with us.

Strategy

The SEO strategy was to create a strong organic presence for those seeking real estate in Charleston, the lucrative cities/markets in the area, as well as the state of South Carolina.

We focused efforts on homes, condos, townhouses and beach homes as client requested. We then sought to fortify the main website listings with indented listings so the client had at least two pages of his site listed in the results. We then promoted videos on the social video sites to further increase his “spheres of influence”.

Solution

The results of the intensive SEO Campaign were beyond phenomenal in a competitive market such as Charleston real estate.

We created over 100 Number 1 listings in Google, increased several listings into Google Top 5 search results, many of them very competitive keywords, and promoted multiple pages of the website for the same keyword, to create highly coveted ‘indented listings.
