As licensed Certified Public Accountant, Marc Vitulli currently serves as the Director of Finance and Accounting for Highly Relevant. Prior to joining Highly Relevant, Marc served as a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services group for Ernst & Young (E&Y). Marc’s career with E&Y includes a transfer from Chicago to the Los Angeles E&Y office to help grow the West Coast private equity business. He boasts working on over 100 transactions for private equity, corporate restructuring and divestiture solutions for a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, consumer products, energy, and automotive companies. Marc leverages his finance and accounting expertise to provide high-level business analyses for Highly Relevant’s flourishing services company and business model shift to Highly Relevant Brands.
