Rex has been in the thick of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), WordPress SEO, Social Media Marketing and Online Reputation Management since 2005. Prior to starting Highly Relevant, Rex was a Senior New Media Manager at Tsavo Media — where he was responsible for bringing over one million hits to the Daymix Network of Tsavo Media – as well as a Client Account Manager at DONE! SEO.
Rex has consulted for enterprise-level corporations, such as George S. May and Marcus Evans. He has also served as an Internet expert witness for legal purposes. Rex received his BA from Loyola University of Maryland, where he dual-majored in Political Science and Philosophy. For more information on Rex, please check out his personal blog.

Alex began his online journey in 2004 working as an Affiliate and Product Manager for a pair of multi-million dollar affiliate programs. He made his transition into full-time SEO and Social Media Marketing in 2008 after he met Rex while they both worked at DONE! SEO. In addition, Alex was also previously the Interactive Content and SEO Manager for Spine-Health.com; a position that was formerly held by Ben Parr, Co-Editor of Mashable.
Alex’s product and conversion marketing experience combined with Rex’s SEO expertise make Highly Relevant a special Digital Marketing company. Alex graduated with a BA from Indiana University-Bloomington in 2006. For more information on Alex, please check out his chicago seo blog.

Prior to Highly Relevant, Ben Adams was an Investment Banking Analyst for Bank of America in NYC from 2005 through 2008. He then moved to Portland, OR to pursue a long-term passion of his: cooking. After finishing culinary school in July 2009, Ben moved out to Los Angeles, to become the CFO of Highly Relevant. Ben enjoys cooking, biking, and playing the guitar in his free time. Ben received a BA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

Justin currently serves as the COO of Highly Relevant. Prior to joining Highly Relevant, Justin launched his own Internet marketing consultancy called The Small Business MBA. During his career, Justin has also helped build ConvoCast, Inc., an audio-blogging technology start-up company and consulted for IBM and the University of Southern California’s Sports Business Institute.
His past client roster includes Tom Hicks, Sr., the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Justin has an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a BS from Vanderbilt University.

Clifton began his career in Chicago, IL as an Associate in the Transaction Services group of KPMG where he performed due diligence for M&A and private equity transactions. He moved to California in 2009 to take his current position as a Financial Analyst in the Finance of Strategic Analysis group of a large, Santa Monica-based direct response health and fitness company, where he realized the value and importance of SEO and Internet marketing. He leverages his past and current financial and marketing experience as he serves on the Highly Relevant Board.
Clifton has a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Master’s in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. He is also a licensed CPA.
