<description>Hi there, I really enjoyed reading the many posts you guys have made here on your wordpress site! Its very well done and very well thought out also ,) Further more, I have noticed how you guys are using the NO FOLLOW tags on your site, and I think you have totally clarified what it was I was trying to figure out, since I have utilized no follow tags on my site http://www.mindfullseo.com/ and now that i have seen you post here about the fact that your backlinks are coming from NO FOLLOW tags but are still sending you some linklove via your blog postings on other relevant blog sites, I think thats great! infact the same thing happens to me and a lot of clients I work for ,) but this totally sums it up! So, what have I learned from this, well for sure I will start to utilize more NO FOLLOW tags ,)p

Thank you so much for your post! and Keep up the good work!
If you guys ever need more link-builders hehe I am an avid link-builder, and seo specialist ,)

To another amazing day with no more wind and clear skies!
all the best, webmaster @ Mindfull SEO</description>
